免收費最後日 今國道仍順暢

【陳如嬌／台北報導】國道計程收費連3天免收費轉換期到今天深夜結束，今天天氣晴朗，又是國道免收費的最後1天，但可能是民眾跨年活動狂歡過後，上午還在補眠，且假日又落在周間，上午並未現車潮，國道交通順暢，連國5都沒塞車，車速都能維持在70、80公里以上，預估全天車流量約是例假日的7至9成，在135萬輛次至170萬輛次間。 交通部表示，明天零時起，用路人「走多少，付多少」。每日每車享有20公里免費里程，里程大於20公里且小於或等於200公里，採標準費率，以小型車為例，每公里1.2元，里程超過200公里部份，有長途折扣7.5折，每公里0.9元。

竹縣跨年夜 煙火333秒

新竹縣跨年夜煙火秀，由縣長邱鏡淳、議長陳見賢，在JPM和Dream girls陪伴下，和民眾一同從2013年跨至2014年。
333秒環場煙火秀自新竹縣政府周圍大樓接連施放，舞台中間民眾有如置身煙火核心，十分壯觀。
擔任2013年跨年夜壓軸的Dream girls一出場，也讓現場民眾為之瘋狂，三人下台與粉絲互動時，粉絲還爭相與郭雪芙、李毓芬和宋米秦合照。 | Dream girls一出場，現場尖叫連連。

重回SONY~ZR入手 請問有ZR的各位

率先賣娛樂用大麻 美2州迎商機

自2014年1月1日起，科羅拉多州與華盛頓州將成為美國首個能合法販賣娛樂用大麻的州，2州的大麻愛用者已開始倒數計時等開賣。
大麻種植者也摩拳擦掌，希望美國其他州跟進。稅務人員則期待這項新合法的產業能帶來新稅收。
娛樂公司甚至將提供大麻之旅，招攬對荷蘭式大麻文化以及科州有名滑雪度假有興趣的民眾。
大麻供應商Telluride Bud公司的拉利（AdamRaleigh）日前表示：「過去1個月，我每天收到約4到6封電子郵件及5到10通電話，詢問大麻法以及何時能規劃滑雪搭配大麻的行程。」
醫療用大麻在美國19州已經合法並受到管制，部分案例已獲准20年。在這19州中的多數州，私下使用大麻並不被視為犯罪。
不過科州與華州要創造大麻娛樂市場，當局將監督大麻的種植與經銷，這些都將合法，人們未來能為了享樂而使用大麻。
追蹤及公布大麻產業數據的Arcview市場研究表示，大麻市場商機驚人，納入科州與華州娛樂用大麻後，市場將從2013年醫療用大麻14億美元擴大到2014年的23.4億美元，成長幅度高達64%。

馬來西亞民眾示威 抗議物價上漲

數以千計穿著黑色衣服的馬來西亞民眾12月31日晚間湧進首都吉隆坡市中心的獨立廣場(Independence Square)，就汽油等用品漲價表達抗議，向正在努力降低債務的政府施壓。
儘管警方警告不要集會，但示威群眾仍然聚集在獨立廣場，導致吉隆坡市政府在當地舉辦的除夕表演活動被打斷。
抗議民眾穿著黑色T恤、戴著全球反體制的象徵--V怪客福克斯面具(Guy Fawkes mask)，他們手裡拿著寫有「降低物價」、「捍衛我們權益」標語的海報，口中喊著「人民萬歲」。
青年團體馬來西亞青年團結運動(Student Solidarity Movement Malaysia)主席索菲安(Bukhairy Sofian)表示，他們希望政府了解人民的憤怒，並且傾聽民眾的要求--降低人民的生活成本。
他說，馬來西亞有太多的貪腐，他們可能會進行更多的抗爭。
抗議活動在午夜過後平和結束。活動發起人表示，約有1萬5,000人參加抗議；警方則說，抗爭者只有5,000人。
東南亞第三大經濟體馬來西亞正在為降低負債而奮鬥，馬來西亞首相納吉(Najib Razak)今天(1日)在元旦談話中表示，削減對汽油與糖類等民生必須品的補貼、調高其他物品的價格是必要之舉，大家需要接受必須改革以促使國家財政受到控制的事實。
對汽油與糖類的補貼，馬來西亞政府已經花費了十數億美元。
2010年9月，馬來西亞政府首度削減燃料補貼時，汽油價格上揚10.5%，電費上漲約15%。
