記者邱明玉／台北報導 面對外界對國會運作不透明有諸多疑慮與批評，立法院今（3）下午舉行朝野協商，原本預期這場朝野黨鞭都參與的內部會議，將首度公開錄音錄影，接受外界檢視，沒想到最後還是只開放讓媒體拍攝五分鐘，就把大門一關，不少記者紛紛納悶說，這是那門子的公開協商？ 最讓王金平在意的，就是成也協商，被攻擊的也是他所主持的朝野協商，為了不讓外界批評朝野協商是他和柯建銘所把持的密室政治，今天下午的國會改革朝野協商，還特地找了可以錄音錄影的502會議室，要公開協商過程，使之透明化，原本之前還傳出要讓記者全程採訪，沒想到最後大門一關，還是變成了「密室協商」。 事實上，根據立法院職權行使法第70條明定，議案進行黨團協商時，由秘書長派員支援，全程錄影、錄音、紀錄，併同協商結論，刊登公報。民進黨立法院黨團總召柯建銘就說，「我最喜歡公開、透明了，最好是網路直播！」他還說，黨團協商最好是錄音、錄影，「大家才曉得國民黨有多爛，民進黨有多辛苦」。 但民進黨團副書記長李俊俋則質疑「哪個國家政黨跟政黨在談事情，要讓你看到？」 這回朝野協商，雖然有全程錄影、錄音，最後錄製成光碟以供備查，希望成為未來慣例，但難保有的光碟在重要的關鍵時刻，不會無故消失，成為立院「洪仲丘案」的翻版，既然都已經要全程錄影、錄音，幹麻還要關起門來扭捏作態，不如敞開大門讓媒體見證，以免落人口實。

藝人傅天穎與緋聞男友全權，7月初涉嫌在新北市中和四號公園草地上演活春宮，附近遛狗民眾聽聞女子嬌喘：「不要強姦我」，誤以為發生性侵案報警，全權竟辱罵、打傷前來處理員警，2人均被送辦。新北地檢署昨依公然猥褻等罪嫌起訴2人。
傅天穎昨未接手機，替她接電話的兒子「小天子」說媽媽在睡覺無法接電話。經紀人也表示聯絡不上她。
本名「李中琴」的藝人傅天穎（38歲），今年7月1日凌晨1時許，與緋聞男友全權（47歲）在中和四號公園草地上飲酒作樂，未料2人疑酒後失態，涉嫌公然嘿咻。
女子呼喊 路人報案 張姓目擊者供稱，當時他到公園遛狗，走過一旁聽見女子呼喊「不要強姦我」，轉過頭撞見2人下半身沒穿正在辦事，還有「撞擊」動作，全男見有人在旁，咆哮：「你在看三小！」，目擊者擔心是性侵案，趕緊報警。
警方獲報趕到現場，發現2人衣衫不整，要求出示證件，全男疑不滿好事被打擾，怒嗆警方「你智障啊」、「小警察了不起」、「你銬我，我就媽的殺了你」、「幹你娘」等語。
男子火爆 打傷員警 全男罵完後，又與2名員警拉扯、扭打，員警雙雙掛彩，1名員警還因此骨折；傅、全2人均被送辦。
全男偵查時表示，他有與傅女摟抱、親吻、磨蹭等親熱行為，但否認發生性行為；傅女偵查時表示，她僅與全男飲酒，絕對沒有踰矩，更在偵查庭潸然落淚，擔心孩子會因此事受傷。
但張姓目擊者指證歷歷，2名員警也作證趕到現場時，看見傅女上衣掀起，胸部外露，內褲、外褲都沒穿好，檢方昨偵結，依公然猥褻罪嫌將2人起訴；全權毆打員警部分，另被檢方依妨害公務罪嫌起訴。

基本上是可以的
因為並不會熱到你所說的那種程度
我自己也是用NOTE2
也都是這樣充電 只是我自己大多充電時間都在12H以內
其他時間也都用USB充電座在充電
所以不用擔心太多啦
如果真的太擔心建議加買一個電池+充電座
這樣就不用擔心啦
