我不是美食主義者，卻把「吃得痛快」當作人生的信條。人生出來一張嘴巴，不是「說」就是「吃」，既然話不能亂說，那麼嘴巴總該可以盡情地吃吧！否則豈不糟蹋這張嘴！

年輕時，自詡自己不易胖，對各種零食來者不拒，尤其澱粉類製品，更愛不釋手，大學同學還封我是「麵包公主」。卡路里？於我何有哉。

這樣的好光景在步入中年後，慢慢變了調，感覺連吸一口氣、喝一口水，肥肉都悄然上身，使我不得不正視卡路里。

買吃的東西，第一先瞧有效期限，再來就是尋找熱量表，同樣東西因品牌不同，有不同熱量，我總選擇熱量少的。連烹飪用的調味料，我也都奉行不悖，深怕稍微一閃失，脂肪又來了。

就在精心計較卡路里幾年後，體重仍緩慢增加中，反而比較卡路里多寡時，耗費不少時間和精神。

於是我把「吃得痛快」信條拿掉，以「適可而止」取而代之；加上多運動，應該就可控制體重了吧。問我成效如何，起碼找回生活品質，至於體重嘛，尚待觀察。

【楊忠翰／台北報導】隨著智慧型手機的普及，警察又多一項便民服務，北市的萬華分局通知各派出所設置「趴趴go手機充電站」，隨時免費提供民眾智慧型手機充電，讓3Ｇ上網或電話不中斷。

萬華分局表示，因龍山寺、華西街及西門町等觀光景點人潮眾多，經常有民眾因手機電力耗盡，找警察尋求協助，然而手機充電插頭不盡相同，因此統一採購萬用插頭，有些外國觀光客前來緊急充電，讓旅客們留下對台灣美好的印象。

店名:基隆綠豆沙牛乳 地址:桃園市中正路532號之1（桃園觀光夜市小北百貨旁、屈臣氏斜對面） 營業時間:下午6點到凌晨2點 用餐時間:2013/07 網誌好讀版:http://goo.gl/MEPQEZ 因為有個朋友住桃園，我就問他桃園有哪些好吃的 他就說桃園夜市裡有許多好吃的小吃 於是我就找個一天叫朋友帶我去桃園夜市大吃特吃 桃園夜市的入口有一家基隆綠豆沙牛乳果汁攤， 剛好我超喜歡喝綠豆沙牛奶的，所以就點一杯來喝喝 綠豆沙牛奶 $40 他們綠豆沙的口感跟一般的好不一樣， 喝一般的都感覺有一種水跟綠豆沙分離的感覺，可是他們的口感感覺都很綿密 而且多了一種蛋香味，老闆說因為有加蛋黃以及都是用純手工製做的綠豆沙 牛奶也是選用林鳳營的，難怪那麼好喝~大推!!! 基隆綠豆沙牛乳 地址:桃園市中正路532號之1（桃園觀光夜市小北百貨旁、屈臣氏斜對面） 營業時間:下午6點到凌晨2點 朋友說這攤的花枝跟蚵仔煎都很好吃，他從小吃到大 花枝羹 60元 大蒜的味道很濃郁，不敢吃大蒜味太重的人應該沒辦法吃這道 花枝很脆，配上蒜羹湯很搭耶~很好吃 我羹湯整個都喝完了 蚵仔煎 $50 他們醬汁比較偏清淡然後甜甜的，也吃得出蚵仔的鮮味 一口濃郁的花枝羹，再配一口清甜的蚵仔煎，感覺吃的很舒服~讚!!! 其實吃完花枝跟蚵仔煎就已經飽了，但我大老遠跑來不能只吃這兩樣!! 所以就硬拉著朋友再吃幾家，就算撐破肚皮也要吃~ 朋友列了幾家店後，我選擇這家 臭狀元-麻辣臭豆腐吃 麻辣臭豆腐 $60 前幾口感覺豆腐沒有很入味，味道很淡，咬到後面那個麻香味才有出來， 吃之前先用筷子把豆腐用成小塊一點，多吸一些湯汁以及配些肉燥吃，比較夠味 兩大塊的豆腐還蠻夠份量的，整體口感總分10分大概有7分吧 最後一攤吃的是熊熊可麗餅 因為想吃甜的就點了甜口味的可麗餅吃 巧克力麻糬可麗餅 $45 放上一大片的麻糬 可麗餅咬下去先是那種卡滋的脆感，但在嘴裡時卻又是扎實帶點軟厚的感覺 再配上濃郁的巧克力以及QQ的麻糬，喜歡吃甜的朋友，一定不能錯過 朋友說桃園夜市還有許多好吃的小吃還沒吃到， 有豆花、另一家臭豆腐跟沒有蒜味的花枝羹， 看來要找個時間再殺去桃園夜市一次了~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.38.71.14

【陳郁仁／台北報導】西班牙一列從首都馬德里開往加利西亞港口的特快車脫軌，造成60人死亡、20多人受傷、2人昏迷，是西班牙史上最嚴重火車意外。我外交部歐洲司司長張銘忠說，據我駐西班牙代表處回報，當地警方表示車上沒有亞洲乘客，且國人一般赴西班牙旅行，除散客和學生比較會搭火車外，大部份遊客跟團都搭遊覽車，所以意外中並無國人。

台灣在西班牙約有1500名僑民，外交部表示，國人在西班牙若需協助，可致電我駐西班牙代表處緊急聯絡電話：+639-384-883；或致電外交部「旅外國人急難救助聯繫中心」：0800-085-095。
