看科技板好一陣子了偶爾有新鮮人上來說，工作薪水不高，但可以學很多東西抱著學東西投資自己，將來可以跳更高的心態但馬上會被板友吐槽:學東西是假的，錢才是真的 -------------- 我一直有疑惑，能力沒培養起來，哪來的籌碼談錢? 要領高薪本就要有相應的能力不是嗎? 有些板友不是也在說: 學歷只跟第一份工作有關，之後能不能持續學習成長才是重點我想問，除了幾間大間的半導體公司之外台灣有公司可以給不錯的pay，又可以讓你安心學東西不count你的績效的嗎? 到底，領不高的薪水投資自己的心態不正確嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 122.117.215.2 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1410450561.A.329.html
