清大推拾穗計畫 明年免試招收10名

教育部將於明年試辦大學「特殊選才」，對於有特殊專才的人，開放免筆試升學。清華大學提出「拾穗計畫」，開放10個名額，希望招收各個領域特殊才能或特殊表現的學生，也使大學選才更為多元化。

清華大學教務長戴念華表示，「拾穗計畫」針對接受非學校型態教育者（如：雙語、自學）、具單一學科能力天賦、文學、藝能類專長、創新能力、領導、社會公益楷模及各類特殊領域具有卓越潛能或特殊優良表現等學生開放。學生經由這個管道入學，可先進入大一不分系，之後藉由學校的相關輔導機制，依能力及興趣，在沒有任何成績上的限制下，大二分流到各系就讀，鼓勵學生從不同的課程與輔導中，探索符合個人志向。
