北韓國營媒體7日報導，關押在北韓的美國公民米勒（Matthew Todd Miller）將於14日接受「朝鮮民主主義人民共和國最高法院」審判。

根據英國廣播公司(BBC)報導，北韓中央通訊社僅簡單公布了米勒將在9月14日根據有關機構起訴接受審判的消息，但是沒有提及米勒受到指控的具體罪名。

北韓中央通訊社4月26日時曾報導，米勒在4月10日入境北韓時，在北韓海關官員面前撕碎簽證，並高呼他要到北韓尋求庇護。不過反遭當局逮捕。北韓當局可能會以從事反北韓敵對行動的罪名對米勒進行審判。

除米勒之外，目前在北韓遭到關押的美國人還有56歲的福爾（Jeffrey Fowle）和46歲的韓裔美國人裴俊浩（Kenneth Bae）。

裴俊浩於2012年11月帶領外國遊客進入北韓後被扣押，並於2013年4月以「陰謀顛覆」的罪行被判處15年勞動改造。福爾則是今(2014)年4月29日因把一本聖經留在酒店而遭到北韓逮捕。
