九把刀挨告 傳邱毅當證人

（中央社記者蔡沛琪、林長順台北10日電）前立法委員邱毅不滿導演九把刀（本名柯景騰）稱他「政治垃圾」，控九把刀公然侮辱等罪；九把刀傳邱毅作證，今天上午開庭，不少民眾前往法院旁聽。

北捷殺人案後，邱毅指是縱容學生運動的結果，九把刀在社群網站臉書（Facebook）上指邱毅是「冷血的政治垃圾」，邱毅向台北地方法院自訴九把刀涉公然侮辱等罪。九把刀律師上次開庭時，傳喚邱毅作證。

九把刀昨天在臉書表示，邱毅告這麼多人公然侮辱，只有他問人，沒有人問他，這一回，邱毅第一次須在法庭上當證人，接受律師當庭問話。

九把刀呼籲民眾到法院上一堂公民課，他也會抬頭挺胸認真答話，好好體驗被告滋味。

邱毅與九把刀上午都出庭，不少民眾到場看開庭狀況。民眾超過20人，法院發放旁聽證入場。1030910
