台鐵再出包 800旅客可退費

今天清晨五點九分，台鐵工程維修車擠壞民雄南端第12B轉轍器，造成號誌故障，一直到上午七點五十三分才修復，恢復雙向行車。

根據台鐵統計，截至中午十二點為止，共影響四十二列次，七千八百十名旅客的行程受延誤。被延誤的班次中，有十五列是對號列車，其中台中開往高雄的101次自強號、嘉義開往花蓮的170次自強號和豐原開往高雄的501次莒光號延誤時間超過四十五分鐘，達到退費標準，共有八百民乘客可以退費。

除了轉轍器被維修車擠壞，下午一點五十六分，台鐵一輛從花蓮出發往高雄的553次莒光號列車，在台北站發生機車故障，台鐵也安排旅客改搭乘129 、1203和4171次列車。
