基隆地檢署昨天上午大規模搜索市議會及議員住處等24個處所，將19位市議員帶回偵訊，其中張芳麗為證人，其餘18人為被告，14人已在今天凌晨2點多請回，國民黨籍市議員蔡旺璉、陳江山及另外兩名被告市議會秘書黃連茂及擁恆文創園區董座陳振豐複訊後凌晨4點多請回，市議員鄭怡信則被檢方聲請羈押，楊石城目前仍在偵訊中。
