庹宗康主持５個節目，每周曝光13小時，月撈200萬，其中三立《國光幫幫忙》收視曾破２，中天新節目《真的不一樣》也有0.7，日前衛視《旅行應援團》，15至44歲平均收視破１，讓曾是綜藝咖的他，成為收視率穩定的主持人！

他１周有５天錄影，他說自己精於時間管理，剩下兩天完全留給妻子與小孩。《應援團》由他和邵庭、謝忻主持，三人說收視若破２就請電子花車辦桌、跳鋼管舞謝眾，謝忻更加碼每集露乳溝。
