幫妻考績打甲等 公僕遭罰100萬

嘉義縣某鄉公所的江姓建設課長，被控幫同單位任職的妻子打考績時，連續五年給予甲等，妻子的年終獎金得以領取一個半月。法務部認為，江姓課長涉嫌違反公職人員利益衝突迴避的規定，所以開罰一百萬元。江姓課長不服裁罰，向行政院訴願審議委員會提起訴願被駁回。
