（中央社記者潘智義台北21日電）專業顯示器市調機構DisplaySearch指出，隨著高清、全高清面板出貨量成長，採金屬氧化物（Oxide）、低溫多晶矽（LTPS）技術的面板出貨量也著增加。

DisplaySearch調查，第1季低溫多晶矽（LTPS）液晶顯示面板出貨量增至9800萬片，較2013年第4季的7200萬片增加36%。

金屬氧化物（Oxide）液晶顯示面板出貨量方面，2013年第4季尚不足100萬片，但2014年第1季出貨量已近800萬片，成長主要來自夏普的貢獻。

中國大陸智慧手機廠面板需求強勁，DisplaySearch認為，觀察2014下半年低溫多晶矽液晶顯示面板的供需狀況，是產業發展動向的指標。

蘋果（Apple）、三星（Samsung），以及中國大陸智慧手機品牌間的競爭值得關注；三星顯示、京東方、夏普 3家面板廠已成智慧手機面板主要供應商。1030621
