標題[請問] 租屋糾紛困擾請教

我方為房東，對方為房客主要是租金收取的問題，對方以安全為由拒絕匯款連續數月發生相同且類似的問題依約月初向房客收取... 房客說下週再來...到了下週，房客以簡訊方式說要出差三日再延後 (其實大家都知道他沒出差，管理員也都每天看到他進出) 我們也不打算戳破... 三日後，他說下午去找他收，但特地搭車過去後，他將手機關機，閉門不出。如此循環。直到撞到他為止。這類惡意刁難方式，有方法遏止嗎? 還是只要他不要超過四個月沒交租?(押金兩月+兩個月) 房東就無法解約呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 61.228.254.19 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ask/M.1402733174.A.878.html
