郭姓男子涉酒駕 指燒酒雞惹禍

新竹縣竹北市郭姓男子昨天深夜騎機車返家，在距家百餘公尺巷口撞上路邊轎車。警方到場測得他酒測值0.39毫克。今晨偵訊時，他表示昨晚和朋友吃燒酒雞，返家時遇貓竄出，為了閃貓才撞車，不認為是酒後駕車。

郭男（45歲）認為說，他因白天工作了12小時，太累，昨晚雖與友人吃燒雞到深夜10點多返家，但沒喝酒，不感覺醉，到家前巷口遇上貓竄出，為了閃貓才肇事。警方偵訊後，今天依公共危險罪嫌移送法辦。
