低薪不敢想加薪　30歲以上凍薪恐成趨勢

起薪低、也不敢奢望老闆加薪，年過30歲，累積了年資，但薪水可能還在原地踏步，台經院指出，30歲以上凍薪的趨勢變明顯。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，台經院副院長龔明鑫昨表示，30歲以上受薪階級年資年年增，薪水卻凍漲，薪資波動幅度幾近水平，年資和薪水「脫鉤」愈來愈明顯；他認為，解決之道是提升企業的附加價值。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
