請問個位大大小弟目前想做吃的生意但洗材料如雞皮那些

有很多的油請問要怎麼分解那些油因為倒水搆怕水溝會塞住

因為油很多目前知道那些廢油加洗衣服的肥皂水多少可以分解ㄧ些油

請問還有別的方法嗎
