刀鋒跑者累了 法官宣布8日再審

南非「刀鋒跑者」佩斯托瑞斯(Oscar Pistorius)涉嫌殺害女友史汀坎普(Reeva Steenkamp)一案，今天(7日)恢復庭審，由辯護方主導供詞。
佩斯托瑞斯自己今天也親上證人席，但是他的辯護律師羅克斯(Barry Roux)向法官表示，佩斯托瑞斯因為沒有睡好，又親自出庭作證，要求休庭。
承審法官馬希琶(Thokozile Masipa)說：「嗯，他的確看起來很累，他的聲音聽起來也的確累了。」所以她宣布休庭，延至8日再開辯護庭。
佩斯托瑞斯今天在證人席上哭泣，表示自己愧對女友親人。佩斯托瑞斯是在去年的2月14日情人節，槍殺他的女友，但他辯稱誤認女友是外面闖進來的盜賊，才會開槍攻擊。
佩斯托瑞斯在證人席上，語帶哽咽、下巴顫抖地哭泣，除了向史汀坎普的親人道歉外，也說自己愛著史汀坎普，並非是檢察官指控他是預謀犯案，故意殺害史汀坎普，他強調殺死史汀坎普是意外。
在今天稍早的辯護庭開始時，佩斯托瑞斯的辯護律師羅克斯(Barry Roux)傳喚前法醫波塔(Jan Botha)出庭作證。
波塔曾執行過大約2.5萬次的屍體解剖。
