驅動IC廠旭曜（3545）與F-敦泰（5280）今日召開重大訊息說明會，F-敦泰以溢價11％併購旭曜，併購完成後，將由旭曜繼續上市，換股比為每一股F-敦泰普通股換發4.8股普通股，合併基準日定為2015年1月2日。整併後的新敦泰集團將在胡正大董事長帶領下，匯集F-敦泰及旭曜的團隊，結合雙方資源；原旭曜的主要股東凌陽科技，將成為單純的股權投資者。若以F-敦泰及旭曜董事會決議前的前一營業日收盤價計算換股比，本次F-敦泰併購旭曜所給予的溢價率11％。心得: 豬屎屋整併風吹到驅動IC來了, 大家怎麼看, 這整併案我覺得不錯, 對敦泰應該不錯, 但旭曜也是好的嗎? 看新聞是會變新敦泰的一個事業群下一個會是誰呢??? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.161.218.107 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1396879993.A.A11.html
