FDA創銅葉綠素檢驗法 全球擬採用

油品添加銅葉綠素的油安風暴逆轉勝。去年國內爆發油安事件，衛生福利部食品藥物管理署化危機為轉機，食藥署利用大統油萃取分離出銅葉綠素，並以市售銅葉綠素的食品添加物進行比對，開發出國際首創的油品銅葉綠素檢驗方法，經義大利及西班牙學者認證，國際橄欖理事會（IOC）上個月更邀請台灣到歐洲說明，如果確認檢驗方法有效，最快年底可作為全球檢驗油品中銅葉綠素的標準方法。

食藥署長葉明功表示，雖然國際橄欖油攙偽情況不少，美國有超過70%、西班牙逾50%、義大利也有40%幾的橄欖油攙偽，但過去一直沒有標準檢驗方法，台灣首創油品銅葉綠素檢驗法可解決國際上無法用科學驗證的難題。
