台灣第2人　大葉大學教授陳瓊花獲齊格菲獎

大葉大學設計藝術學院院長陳瓊花獲得國際教科文組織國際藝術教育協會美國分會( United States Society for Education through Art，簡稱 USSEA）肯定，獲頒「2014齊格菲獎」（Ziegfeld Award），也是台灣第2位獲此殊榮的藝術教育學者。
 
陳瓊花執筆的《藝術概論》、《視覺藝術教育》等書，深入淺出介紹藝術相關概念，帶給藝術學生許多啟發，獲得國際肯定。
 
大葉大學校長武東星說，「齊格菲獎」創立於1986年，每年獎勵在專業著作、研究及社區服務等方面，有傑出貢獻的藝術教育家，1年只頒發1個名額，而且有可能從缺，能夠得獎的都是重量級學者。陳是繼台師大美術系退休教授郭禎祥在1997年獲獎後，台灣第2位獲得此殊榮的藝術教育學者。
 
陳瓊花表示，深信透過藝術教育可以讓每個人都成為藝術家，「齊格菲獎」不是她個人的光環，也是對所有台灣藝術教育工作者的肯定。（陳威廷／台北報導）
