大概一個月前我發現到這篇文章 因為自己也是長期下巴長痘，但其他部位狀況都很穩定 試過曼秀雷敦的抗痘凝膠和Dr. H的達克痘，但都效果有限 一顆消了換另一顆冒出，然後消了的那顆又留疤 真的是欲哭無淚..... 有聽說下巴長痘是女生婦科的問題 看了這篇文章覺得原PO狀況跟我滿像的 所以我馬上買了熱水袋回來開始每天熱敷肚子 反正熱水袋也不貴，就當天冷取暖也好 就這樣2.3個禮拜過去了 我沒改變飲食習慣及保養程序 但下巴沒再冒痘了 這段期間還遇到生理期，毫無平時的悶痛與不適感 現在我的下巴只剩之前大痘留下的痘疤 很開心冒痘的狀況終於改善，目前努力讓痘疤消失 因為這篇文章的原PO沒報告後續，所以我把我的狀況跟大家分享 不知道會不會跟美保板離題了...有不妥請告知 希望大家都能美美的 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.172.84.114
