最近家裡的網路從Hinet轉到Sonet.6M/2M.但是總覺得很慢.用了Sonet官網
的測速工具.得到的結果是下行 3.5M 上行只有0.8M (只有一台電腦.Wifi已關掉.且尖峰及離峰時段都差不多).打電話到客服.居然回答我這是可以接受的範圍....請問這樣真的是正常的嗎?花的是 6M 的錢.用的不到 4M.....跟NCC申訴有用嗎?
