電腦玩遊戲總是當機然後自己重開機

我的電腦玩遊戲總是當機然後整個螢幕顯示都不見，過一下子我的電腦又自動重開機然後主板就響5長音之後就什麼反應都沒有了連螢幕都沒顯示出來整個都黑的，還要自己強制按重開機紐讓他再重新開機才恢復正常....

我的主機板是微星的P67A-G45
顯示卡GT 430
記憶體8GB
CPU是Inter i3 2120

我玩的是惡靈勢力2 V2.1.2.0
還有GTA IV也是
