高中職畢就可讀空大　擴大招收外國人士

【蔡永彬／台北報導】立法院早上審查通過《空中大學設置條例》修正草案。重點在取消空大入學「年滿20歲」的規定，只要高中職畢業或有同等學力就可以；也新增空大可招收在台取得居留許可的無戶籍國民、外國人（含中國及香港、澳門人士），只是他們不能以讀空大為由，申請變更或延期居留。
 
教育部長蔣偉寧表示，國內有2所空大，目前國立空大有1萬3000名學生，高雄市立空大有2800人，擴大招收無國籍和外國人士有助增加學生來源。立委鄭天財詢問空大增設研究所問題，蔣偉寧說目前空大只有大學部和專科部，研究所限設碩士班，因為目前碩士學歷普遍，博士的學術要求比較高。
