【短片】咖啡皮丟棄可惜　製成蜜餞好好吃

【黃瑞娟／花蓮報導】以生產咖啡、茶葉及南瓜聞名的瑞穗鄉農會，今天在北回歸線地標舉辦「成果展示會」，16組家政班媽媽拚巧手、秀創意，將新鮮蔬果雕成可愛的綿羊、小豬，咖啡產銷班更研發全台唯一「咖啡果皮蜜餞」，現炒咖啡果皮免費讓遊客品嘗。

家政班長粘阿端表示，瑞穗鄉生產的「老欉舞鶴咖啡」，過去都是將可以吃的咖啡果皮丟棄或製成堆肥，十分浪費，她與班員試做成蜜餞，成果連日本遊客都讚不絕口，才決定量產上市。第一次吃咖啡果皮蜜餞的遊客陳小姐說：「吃起來甜甜酸酸，味道類似洛神花蜜餞，非常爽口。」

瑞穗鄉農會總幹事魏清河指出，最近食品安全頻頻出包，到產地直接向農夫買，不但便宜，也不會吃到黑心添加物，農民也能避開層層剝削，對生產者及消費者都是利多。
