【短片】基隆小鴨旋轉底座　360度賞全景

【戴之聖／基隆報導】本月21日黃色小鴨將在基隆港登場，今日上午11時許發起人黃景泰特別展示小鴨的基座，由於基隆小鴨是全國首創唯一能360度旋轉，因此除了底座外上面還多加一層油壓浮台，黃景泰表示，初期小鴨旋轉速度約10分鐘一圈，當然也可依照現場需求調慢或調快旋轉速度，另外面對港區內的7級陣風，小鴨與浮台總重約16.5噸，並在浮台4角個綁上重約5噸的定錨。該旋轉台配置2組發電機，如有狀況3秒鐘內即可切換，每天24小時讓小鴨充氣飽飽，展示期間會有文化大學氣象團隊全程監控風速與風向，如果真有超過7級陣風，為了安全將會停止展出將小鴨洩氣。
