油品銅葉綠素檢驗方式　衛福部明公開

【沈能元／台北報導】外界質疑衛福部食品藥物管理署油品含銅葉綠素等檢驗方式疑慮，食藥署副署長姜郁美說，食藥署明將開放實驗室，讓國人了解檢驗油品內棉酚、脂肪酸、銅葉綠素的3種檢驗儀器與檢驗方式。姜郁美說，今晚食藥署也將與各縣市衛生局進行視訊會議，針對抽驗原油動作、稽查紀錄、稽查文件等進行討論，並製定標準作業方式，並要求各縣市所封存的油品應進入生質柴油產製鏈。

食藥署研檢組組長施養志說，對於外界質疑銅葉綠素等檢驗方式，目前食藥署所採用的檢驗儀器是液相層析高解析度串聯質譜儀，並進行定性檢驗，此為國際認可的檢驗方式，若外界有疑慮或任何意見都可進行討論。
