長期服用避孕藥 失明風險大增

根據1項最新研究，長期服用避孕藥的女性，罹患青光眼及失明的機率大增，提醒使用避孕藥的女性前往眼科檢查，確定眼部健康。

美國加州大學舊金山分校對3406名年齡40歲及以上的婦女進行調查，了解她們的生育史並進行眼睛檢查。

研究結果指出，長期服用避孕藥的婦女有可能罹患青光眼，其它如家族病史、近視、眼壓升高、糖尿病等因素，也可能導致青光眼。

帶領這項研究的教授林勝（Professor Shan Lin譯音）指出，服用避孕藥3年或更長時間的婦女，應該接受青光眼檢查，如果本身有其它的危險因子，應該再讓眼科醫師仔細檢查。

這項研究結果在美國眼科學會年會中發表，不論婦女服用是那1種避孕藥，都有罹患青光眼的高風險。

報導說，過去曾有研究指出，避孕藥內主要成分「雌激素」（hormone oestrogen）可能導致青光眼發生。
