21世紀不動產獲遠見雜誌　房仲類服務冠軍

【張菱育／台北報導】第11屆《遠見雜誌》服務業大調查結果出爐，經過20位遠見神祕客長達近半年的評鑑，今年房屋仲介類由21世紀不動產擠下去年的冠軍信義房屋，獲得第1名，本次調查時間為4月1日到9月10日。

遠見神祕客指出，在離開21世紀不動產店面後，又拿著競爭店的經紀人名片回來，表示忘了和對方約好的看屋地點，手機卻撥不出去，21世紀經紀人還協助打電話，並耐心地引導前往，後來甚至表示已透過競爭對手找到心儀房屋、準備付斡旋金時，21世紀經紀人還禮貌地恭喜，並熱心提醒注意事項。
