民俗體育賽登場 踢毽、舞獅秀絕活 【聯合報╱記者修瑞瑩／台南報導】 全國民俗體育競賽昨天在台南大學登場，現場有超過3000名來自各縣市的好手，同場競技 ，相當精彩，也吸引不少民眾參觀。 這項競賽是全台規模最大的民俗體育賽事，項目包括扯鈴、跳繩、踢毽、文陣、武陣、舞 龍、舞獅、砌磚、流星、撥拉棒等，分為國小到大專院校級別。 「學者研究，運動的小孩能促進腦內多巴胺的分泌，學習效果更佳。」體育署署長何卓飛 表示，民俗體育經過多年的推廣，已有不錯的成果，參與的學校與學生愈來愈多，但需要 更多關注，才能讓這項運動不僅能強身，更能傳承文化。 在競賽中，中正國小學生吹著比他們身高還長的「哨角」，特殊的聲響吸引目光，也為他 們贏得文陣藝陣項目的第1名。學生表示，訓練過程相當辛苦，光是要把哨角吹響，就要 花很長的時間練習，但每人都練出極佳的肺活量。 而卓蘭高中舞龍隊演出拿手絕活，一條彩龍在選手的操弄下，形狀變化多端，讓人目不暇 給，不僅有濃濃台灣味，還結合國外的芭蕾舞曲，讓人耳目一新。 http://udn.com/NEWS/DOMESTIC/DOM5/8256778.shtml -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.39.33.185
