金融營業稅調升？曾銘宗：會跟立委溝通

【廖珮君／台北報導】針對部份立委擬醞釀調高金融營業稅，從2%調高到5%，恐吃掉銀行400億元獲利，金管會主委曾銘宗今早說，目前金融營業稅率是2%，立法院財
委會是否進一步提案檢討，我們會提出數據跟他們充分說明。

曾銘宗說，將會提出兩大方向，一是國內跟國外的比較、二是國內銀行業與其他行業的比較，我們會從這兩方面提出精確的數字，跟財政部及財委會說明，爭取讓金融業在繳一定稅務的前提下，擁有一定的競爭力。

官員說，目前金融業是採銷售總額（利息和手續費收入）課營業稅，沒有「進項稅額」可扣抵，例如一般行業進貨75元、出貨100元，是拿25元繳5%的稅，但金融業收入就是100元，是100元繳2%，金融業繳稅遠比一般行業還高。

其次，也因金融業沒有進項稅額可扣抵，目前歐、美、日、新加坡、香港和韓國，對金融業都沒徵營業稅，但台灣還是得繳2%，在國際上已屬偏高。
