常搭乘高鐵的民眾注意囉！台灣高鐵公司今(23)日表示，即日起便利商店接受部份退票，每張手續費為20元。

為了提供民眾更便利的票務服務，高鐵公司表示，即日起高鐵合作的便利商店，包含統一超商、全家便利商店、萊爾富便利商店、OK超商，接受部分退票。民眾在便利商店取票後，如同一筆訂位代號中有2張以上車票，而需退其中部分車票時，可在列車發車前30分鐘到便利商店辦理，受理時間為每日上午10時至晚上22時，每張手續費為20元。

此外，高鐵表示，「台灣高鐵T Express」增加付款及乘車提醒功能，民眾可在手機完成相關設定後啓用，不過，日前接獲少數民眾反應，Apple手機升級至iOS 7時，原存於「台灣高鐵T Express」的購票資料遺失，針對此狀況，高鐵已積極處理中，並建議已開立手機票證的旅客，先使用該票證乘車，再將手機升級至iOS 7，然後移除並重新安裝，以避免造成乘車時的不便。
