34歲的吳佩慈去年和擁有百億台幣的資產大亨紀曉波交往後，頻傳好事近，現在果然好事報到，還雙喜臨門！吳佩慈接受媒體專訪時，鬆口承認已懷孕4個月，而男方已於9月12日見過女方家長，並送上10.6克拉鑽石定情戒，至於婚禮則等生完孩子後再說。

紀曉波是香港融匯資本有限公司CEO、澳門永利飯店股東，同時投資礦業、環保業和房地產，擁有百億台幣資產，傳因吳佩慈拍戲，紀曉波出借遊艇而開始對吳佩慈熱烈追求，去年吳佩慈在微博放上手戴超大鑽戒和一束玫瑰的照片，傳出閃婚，但她否認。後來兩人沒交往多久就分手，今年因為吳佩慈的愛犬罹患淋巴癌，男方日日關心病情，再度打動芳心而復合。

吳佩慈接受《蘋果日報》專訪時表示：「我在巴黎走訂製服秀前，還打電話跟他（紀曉波）說我胸部漲很大，跟之前試衣狀況差很多，他曾問我是否懷孕，我回他『不可能』，結果回台北當金曲獎紅毯評審那晚，才確定自己懷孕6周。」而小孩性別，吳佩慈猜是女生。

至於婚禮何時舉辦？吳佩慈說，目前專心待產，生完餵母乳後，等瘦身完，塞得下美麗的婚紗後再嫁，而她覺得小孩正是漢斯送她的禮物，「未婚生子不是我會走的路，回想起來，覺得男友還有懷孕都是漢斯送我的禮物，我告訴牠就算這次來不及，以後也要來投胎當我兒子。」
