監聽風暴　陳水扁：任內沒指示任何監聽

【黃揚明／台北報導】民進黨立委陳歐珀今早上前往台中培德監獄探視前總統陳水扁，陳轉述，扁對最近政壇局勢相當憂心，認為總統馬英九亂搞，才讓特偵組權力無限上綱，成為政治鬥爭工具，應廢除特偵組才能平息糾紛。陳水扁也強調，他任內都沒指示過像馬政府這樣的監聽作為，他也沒聽過任何監聽譯文的報告。

陳歐珀說，扁認為馬王政爭衍生的國會自主問題，必須透過修法解決，尤其國會議長不應僅被政黨撤銷黨籍就喪失議長身份。
