我也是酒糟體質,個人心得,東西用越少越好 以下幾樣是我目前使用中的清潔/保養品 洗面乳:雅漾修護潔面乳 直接塗在臉上按摩後洗掉,感覺防曬洗得掉,就沒有另外用卸妝 化妝水:雅漾活泉水 洗完臉後噴,我會拿化妝棉將多餘水份擦掉後,上乳液 乳液:mustela慕之恬廊 舒恬良柔舒霜 這是嬰兒用乳液,但後來拿來用在臉上很順很好用,也沒亂長東西 眼睛周圍也是直接塗這個,沒有另外用眼霜 防曬:近江紫罐SPF32++或黃罐(兒童用)SPF30+ 若有要出門再擦防曬 對了,酒糟千萬不要去角質,因為這對皮膚很刺激 ※ 引述《samir08 (samiru)》之銘言： : 原PO酒糟已經2年了 : 目前有擦杜鵑花酸 : 皮膚很容易長起膿包 : 臉頰和下巴膚色明顯偏紅 : 目前保養品只有擦朵瑪怯紅修復乳 : 早上用有點偏油 : 我想選一款適合酒糟的乳液或乳霜早上用 : 因為T字很容易長粉刺 : 所以想試試化妝水能不能改善 : 希望有經驗的前輩 : 可以推薦一下^^ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.224.219.105
