你的本意是好的,只是有點小白目(抓耙子潛力)而已, 有些事情要當中間者,但是你要先消化過這些訊息, 不是直接每個字都照實講, 要當主管心腹不是這麼容易的, 得人緣是兩面都要得,這樣兩邊才會感激你, 有些事情主管身分不方便公開明講,能靠你私下傳達, 同事間有委屈卻開不了口,你能幫忙透露,這樣是最好的, 你要告訴主管的不是別人的抱怨,而是你建議改善的方法, 不然真的淪落成抓耙子, 給你的建議是:這陣子專心公事,等風頭過了再說吧... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.62.94.185
