（中央社法國南泰爾2日綜合外電報導）法國總統歐蘭德秘戀女明星茱莉嘉葉，吸引全世界媒體大幅報導，也引來狗仔攝影師跟拍，茱莉嘉葉控告攝影師侵犯隱私權，法院今天判決她勝訴。

巴黎西郊南泰爾市（Nanterre）法院判決，對攝影師及刊登照片的Closer週刊2名資深主管處以罰款。

法國Closer雜誌1月披露茱莉嘉葉（Julie Gayet）是歐蘭德（Francois Hollande）新女友的消息，一週後刊出41歲的茱莉嘉葉在車內駕駛座上的照片。

Closer刊登47歲攝影師維爾斯（Laurent Viers）拍攝的照片，配上圖說：「茱莉嘉葉就是在她的白色雪鐵龍（Citroen）轎車內與總統見面。」

法庭判處維爾斯1000歐元（約新台幣4萬1700元）緩繳罰款。

另外，Closer出版商法國蒙達多利雜誌社（Mondadori Magazines France）總經理柏納（CarminePerna）和雜誌總編輯皮歐（Laurence Pieau），都被判緩繳罰款3000歐元（約新台幣12萬5000元）。
