標題[請問] 停班停課但仍到班算加班嗎？

昨天南部下午停班 公司宣布要不要繼續上班 自己決定 要回家不扣薪 但留下來也不計薪 這樣是合理的嗎？ google爬文 有人說因為颱風假不是法定假 所以本來就不計薪 當然也沒加班費 但也有人說 勞基法並沒有明文規定停班停課這件事 請問哪一種才是對的呢？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 27.244.85.151
