【潘岳／宜蘭報導】社團法人宜蘭縣公民監督聯盟邀集學者專家、社團代表及公民代表，針對宜蘭縣議會第17屆第6次定期會議員表現進行評鑑，並於今天上午1公布成績，無黨籍賴瑞鼎拿下第1名、民進黨江聰淵、黃素琴居第2、3名。

宜蘭縣公民監督聯盟執行長李清貴指出，這是宜蘭縣治史上第一次由公民為縣議員打分數，評鑑項目包括出席率、預決算與法案審查、為民服務等4項。
