【綜合報導】被宣佈死亡的人，卻在葬禮後13天突然現身，這起烏龍錯葬案，發生在美國費城，現年50歲的雪洛琳傑克森(Sharolyn Jackson)，7月18日通報失蹤，7月20日警方發現一具符合雪洛琳特徵的女屍，拍下照片請雪洛琳的親友指認，親友都表示女屍就是雪洛琳。

8月3日悲痛不已的家屬為雪洛琳舉辦葬禮，但13天後雪洛琳獲報出現在費城一個精神療養機構，家人接到消息既震驚又開心，費城衛生部表示當時處理那具無名女屍時，完全按照標準程序，而且2名親友都指認是雪洛琳無誤，認屍的親友表示因為提供的照片為黑白照，看起來就像雪洛琳才會認錯。
