監察院風波　馬電王建煊：院長要多擔待

【政治中心／台北報導】監察院內訌風波不斷，總統馬英九今在聖克里斯多福及尼維斯的海外記者會上表示：「昨天早上（台北時間18日晚上）有跟他（指王）通電話，跟他是老朋友，只是說明監察院是《憲法》獨立機關，行使職權不受干涉，我不是要來干涉，我只是覺得，這樣繼續發展下去，對監院很不利，身為院長要多擔待，我只是表達關心之意 。」

基隆市長張通榮被控關說酒駕，監察院兩度彈劾案都沒過。監察院長王建煊質疑監院存在價值，槓上多名監委。
