（中央社台北19日電）中國大陸雅虎電子郵件信箱今天停止服務，此後用戶的所有郵件和相關帳號都被刪除且無法恢復。

新華社報導，雅虎中國關閉信箱早有前兆。雅虎中國2007年推出無限容量的免費終生信箱，整合雅虎相冊、音樂盒、音樂搜索等功能，吸引不少大陸用戶。但2009年雅虎中國就關閉雅虎空間服務、取消相冊功能。如今，整個信箱都關掉。

儘管雅虎信箱多次改革，但在大陸市場並未擺脫困境。調查公司Hitwisey在4月的數據顯示，從2012年5月到2013年2月，雅虎中國信箱的市占率從超過4%跌至不到2%。

報導指出，雅虎信箱人氣沒落根源在於服務體驗下滑。儘管雅虎較早提供電子郵件信箱服務，但是服務升級遲緩，不少雅虎郵箱的用戶總在抱怨垃圾廣告太多。相較之下，大陸的網易和QQ一直在容量、附件、過濾垃圾郵件上做足功夫。

新文化報報導，2005年8月11日，獲得美國雅虎10億美元投資的阿里巴巴接收雅虎中國。雅虎中國已通知用戶可註冊使用阿里雲信箱，到明年12月31日前，新信箱可以自動保存雅虎中國的歷史郵件，並代收寄到中國雅虎的郵件。1020819
