台灣農村陣線告劉政鴻涉貪

為抗議苗栗大埔案，台灣農村陣線中午到最高檢察署遞狀告發苗栗縣長劉政鴻涉貪指出，劉政鴻涉向台電通霄電廠勒索回饋金10億元；強行徵收大埔土地，但原地保留自家房屋；財產不合理增加，涉貪汙、圖利、財產來源不明罪，要求特偵組偵辦。

最高檢察署表示，今天收狀後會分案給檢察官審查，再視案情需要，發交苗栗地檢署或特偵組偵辦。
