中信金(2891-TW)狹賣總部大樓題材，在外資還在砍殺金融股之際，已經吸引外資回抱中信金，讓中信金本周收漲在19.9元，KD指標低檔黃金交叉、均線翻揚。

中信金南港總部大樓即將完工，最快今(2013)年底將進行第一波搬遷，目前傾向處分位於信義區的總部大樓，預估可處分獲利約為130至150億元，換算EPS可貢獻0.95至1.09元，補足提存缺口無虞，同時充實帳上現金。

另外，中信金大陸上海分行已開業，預計今年將申請承做人民幣業務或浦東支行，且計畫於廣州或成都、天津申設第2間分行或租賃公司。

中信金股價從去年11月中旬的15.45元低點開始一路穩健走揚，近3日受賣總部大樓的消息面激勵強彈，且外資周五也轉賣為買，短線技術面來看，KD指標低檔黃金交叉、均線翻揚，成交量也溫和成長，趨勢向上，短線高點仍可期。

中信金8月19日即將除權息，以目前市場對該股票未來的樂觀展望，填權息的機會不小。
