保險業不動產投資解禁了！金管會15日表示，南山人壽、台灣人壽及全球人壽已收到解禁令，可以進行不動產投資，至於富邦人壽、新光人壽及中信人壽等公司，可望在本周或下周獲准投資。市場也預估，解禁後，可為不動產市場注入千億的資金活水。

去年下半年，壽險業大舉投資商用不動產，引發金管會關切，並採取控管措施，去年11月更對保險業不動產投資下達「禁買令」，直到今年4月底才解除禁買令，但又以發現不動產投資缺失為由，發函10家壽險業在缺失未改善前，不得投資不動產，使得保險業實質不動產投資仍受到限制。

不過，保險局15日指出，10家壽險公司中，除2家公司因為資本適足率(RBC)未達法定標準，不能投資不動產之外，其他8家公司缺失已改善，其中南山人壽、台灣人壽、全球人壽已收到解禁令，而富邦人壽、中信人壽及新光人壽的改善報告也送達金管會，最快本周或下周也可獲准投資。

至於國泰及宏泰人壽，金管會說，待兩家公司業者完成報董事會程序，並將改善報告送交金管會後，也會儘速核准。由於保險業者向來為商辦市場主力買盤，保險業者預估，一旦解禁後，可為不動產市場注入千億的資金活水。
