有關電視 網路 第四台 WIFI MOD的困擾

小弟我因工作的關係
剛搬到桃園市居住
公司的地下室(宿舍)除了床 甚麼都沒有
不管要申請甚麼可以 都要自己去辦

目前想先買一台42吋的電視
但是不知道怎麼去分別差異
最便宜的買下去就對了嗎?
還是保固最久的?機上盒??這是??

之後還要申請網路跟第四台
桃園市 這去要去哪問呢?

因為一天有大約23小時都在這
申請網路時 是不是可以申請WIFI 大家一起用?
有電視 申請MOD是不是就不用去租片了?
MOD好像是中華電信吧

一次解決我的困擾吧!
