各位好朋友最近在面試過程中遇到一個關於特休的問題那因為我們都不知道這樣是否有違反勞基法，特來請教大家是這樣的我朋友目前得到一個offer是約聘職，先簽約一年八個月，之後會再看有無機會轉正或者失業? 那該公司的HR說因為是約聘人員所以沒有三節年終獎金，即使簽約滿一年也沒有"特休" 如果有事要請假只能請事假，也就是會扣薪水想請問各位這樣的規定有無違反勞基法呢? 因為沒有三節年終這在約聘人員裡還滿常見的，也算可以接受可是既然都簽超過一年了，那公司卻說約聘人員即使滿一年也無法享有特休是對的嗎? 以上問題懇請比較知曉的板友解惑在此先謝謝大家了！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.250.25.197
