缺錢搶銀樓，判6個月

有竊盜前科男子田勝杰，因缺錢花用，今年2月間騎機車到新竹縣湖口鄉一家銀樓，徒手搶奪價值30餘萬金飾一批，當晚將贓物賣至桃園新屋一家銀樓，換取現金9萬多。警方循線逮捕田男，新竹地院依搶奪罪判他6個月徒刑。

法官認為，田姓男子正值壯年，不正當途徑賺錢，搶銀樓危害治安，考量田犯後坦承犯行，依搶奪罪判他6個月徒刑，緩刑2年。
