【何哲欣、蘇聖怡／台北報導】民進黨立委上週4起霸佔立法院議場，阻擋核四公投案闖關，但外界也有呼聲，希望儘速通過《軍事審判法》修法，適用洪仲丘案，國民黨團也要求民進黨僅速協商《軍審法》修法。但若要繼續開會，核四公投案怎麼處理？是否與《軍審法》切割？賴士葆下午在記者會說，「核四問題不是我這個問題可以處理，要問（國民黨政策會執行長）林鴻池。」若民進黨團同意開會，院會議程如何安排？賴士葆仍僅說，要問林鴻池。

林鴻池接受《蘋果》訪問則鬆口說，臨時會是否可暫緩處理核四公投案，僅處理《軍審法》，「可以談！」林認為，因為核四爭議太大，大家可以思考，是否先處理社會關注的事情。
