立法院長王金平5日下午主持朝野黨團協商，在晚間6時達成結論，此次臨時會不處理由國民黨立委李慶華等33人提出的核四公投案。民進黨團總召柯建銘與台聯黨團總召許忠信帶著勝力的微笑，陪同民進黨主席蘇貞昌在立法院議場前，宣布協商結論。

柯建銘表示，立法院周二院會將變更議程，把軍事審判法、國家安全法、刑事訴訟法相關條文修正案，列入討論事項，議案順序依序排列。

根據協商結論，6日院會還將處理漁業法修正案、國家發展委員會組織法草案、檔案管理局組織法草案、內政部警政署組織法草案，隨即散會。

另外，許忠信表示，台聯黨團堅持之下，朝野同意兩岸服貿協議由內政委員會再召開16場公聽會，並邀集各產業公會及工會代表參加後，方可進行實審查。

至於立法院第8屆第4會期，朝野決定9月17日（星期二）開議。
